The most fence per dollar, for yards, lots and dog runs
Chain link is still the cheapest way to enclose a large piece of ground, and on a wooded lot, a dog run, or a commercial yard it is often the right answer rather than the compromise. The difference between a chain link fence that stays tight and one that sags in a year is all in the terminal posts: the corners, ends and gate posts take the whole tension of the run, and they have to be bigger, deeper and set in more concrete than the line posts between them.
Our Process
Measure the Run
We walk the perimeter, mark the corners and gates, and price by the foot with the terminal posts called out.
Set Terminals First
Corner, end and gate posts go in first, oversized and deep, because they carry the tension of everything else.
Line Posts & Rail
Line posts are set to spacing and the top rail runs through them, tying the whole fence together.
Stretch & Tie
Mesh is stretched tight with a come-along, tied off at the terminals, and gates are hung and levelled.
