Our Story
Marquez Yera Fence is run by Yadian Marquez Yera out of Orlando, and it is built around one idea: the posts are the job. Anyone can screw pickets to a rail. What decides whether your fence is still straight in ten years is how deep the holes went, how much concrete went in them, and whether anybody waited for it to cure — and that is exactly the part a cheap quote leaves out.
We work out of the Dr. Phillips area of Orlando, and from there we cover the whole metro — Winter Garden, Ocoee, Windermere and Horizon West to the west, Apopka and Wekiwa Springs to the northwest, Winter Park, Maitland and Baldwin Park to the northeast, Sanford, Lake Mary, Longwood and Oviedo through Seminole County, Kissimmee, St. Cloud and Celebration down in Osceola, Clermont and Mount Dora over in Lake County, Lake Nona and Hunters Creek to the southeast, and Davenport and ChampionsGate at the Four Corners.
We work in every material — wood, vinyl, aluminium, steel and chain link — and we install and repair both fences and gates, which means the recommendation you get is based on your yard rather than on the only thing we carry. It is a small, owner-operated outfit: the person who walked your line and wrote your quote is the person building it.
